FAQ of Personalised Phone Cases

Are the cases compatible with wireless charging?

Yes, all our personalised phone cases are compatible with wireless charging stations, as long as your phone itself supports wireless charging. You can charge your device without having to remove the case.

How do I put on my phone case?

To apply your case, first make sure your phone is clean and free from dust and fingerprints. Hold your phone in one hand and your case in the other. Slide one corner of your phone into the case, usually on the side with the volume buttons or the side opposite them. Once the first corner is in place, gently press the rest of your phone into the case until all edges and corners fit snugly.

How do I remove my phone case?

To remove your case, begin at one corner or edge. Look for a small gap where you can place your fingers. Push the case gently away from the phone and apply even pressure while working your way around the edges. Keep going until the case gradually loosens and releases your phone completely.

What materials are the phone cases made of?

The material depends on the type of case you choose:

The flexible cover is made of Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), which is elastic, transparent, and resistant to oil, grease, and abrasion.
The hard covers for both iPhone and Samsung are made from a durable hard plastic that offers strong protection while keeping your phone slim.

How many cards can the wallet cases hold?

The iPhone Wallet Case has space for three cards, so you can keep your most important essentials with your phone. The Samsung Wallet Case has two card slots as well as a separate pocket for bills, which means you can carry both cards and cash without needing a separate wallet.
