With this new name there will be some positive changes for you and your account.

  • We will offer you a wider range of personalised Photo products.
  • We will have more relevant offers for you.
  • We will offer you a new website which will be accessible on any device.

Questions and answers

What will happen with my current account?

There are no changes made to your Prentu account. All data will be converted to your new account at smartphoto. Your Photo book projects will remain intact. The other projects will not be transfered. If you have any questions regarding your log-in, please contact us.

What will happen with my photos?

All your photos remain in your account and can be accessed at all times just the way it was. If you have any questions regarding your photos, please contact us.

What will happen with my projects?

      1. Projects with other items than Photo books will not be transfered to your new account.
      2. Projects such as Photo books that feature possible older fonts, clipart or backgrounds may include differences in the new editor. This means that if you want to re-order an old project – it is only possible with the new fonts, clipart or backgrounds.

What will happen with my login details?

Your login details will remain the same, so you can login just the way you used to do. It is always possible to customize your login details.
Please click on this link to login and change your account in “My Profile”.

What will happen with my Prentu store credit / vouchers or gift cards?

  • Outstanding balances in your account will be taken along to the new account on smartphoto.
  • Log-in to your account and click in “My Profile’.

Apps

All apps will be replaced by new apps. If you have apps from Prentu on your phone, please remove them.
At the moment we are working hard to release the new apps in the Google Play-store and Apple App-store. We will inform you when we are ready. You will not be able to order through these apps after September 27th 2016.

Mosaic

Projects created with Mosaic cannot be ordered after the 27th of September. If you want to buy these items, please do so before the 27th of September 2016. At the moment we are working hard to release a new mosaic-editor and we will inform you when we are ready.

Terms and conditions

If you placed your order before the 27th of September then the terms and conditions of Prentu will be applicable. If you placed your order after 27th of September 2016 then the terms and conditions of smartphoto will be applicable.
